Refund Policy

Overview

At Personalized Education Research Centre (PERC), we strive to provide the highest quality education and support. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our programs and services.

Registration Fee

The registration fee is non-refundable. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing enrollment, creating student records, and initial assessment.

Program Fees

Refund of program fees is subject to the following conditions based on the time of cancellation:

• Before course commencement: Full refund of program fees (excluding registration fee) if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the program start date.
• Within first week: 75% refund of program fees if cancellation is requested within the first 7 days of the program.
• Within first month: 50% refund of program fees if cancellation is requested within the first 30 days.
• After one month: No refund will be provided for cancellations made after 30 days from the program start date.

One-to-One Tuition

For personal tuition programs, refunds are calculated on a per-session basis. If you cancel before the first session, a full refund of unused fees (excluding registration fee) will be provided. After sessions have commenced, refunds will be provided for unused prepaid sessions only.

Demo Classes

Demo classes are offered free of charge. No payment is required, and no refund applies to demo classes.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please submit a written request through email at perc.personalised@gmail.com or visit our campus in person. Refund requests must include the student's name, program details, and reason for cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Non-Transferable

Program fees and registrations are non-transferable to another student or program without written consent from PERC management.

Exceptions

PERC may consider exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, family relocation, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required for such requests.
