Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Personalized Education Research Centre (PERC) website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Services Description

PERC provides educational coaching and training services for students preparing for board exams, competitive exams (JEE, NEET, KCET), and academic enrichment programs. The specific details of each program, including curriculum, duration, and fees, are provided at the time of registration.

Registration and Enrollment

Enrollment in any PERC program is subject to availability and completion of the registration process. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. PERC reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at its discretion.

Fees and Payment

Program fees are as advertised at the time of enrollment. All fees must be paid in full or according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of registration. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Student Conduct

All students are expected to maintain disciplined behavior, respect faculty and fellow students, and follow institute rules. PERC reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including dismissal from programs, for misconduct or violation of institute policies.

Intellectual Property

All study materials, curriculum content, and teaching resources provided by PERC are the intellectual property of the institute. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

PERC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the student for the specific program.

Modifications

PERC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
